Marco Ferrari (b. Italy, 1988) is an architect based in Switzerland.

After graduating from the Polytechnic University of Milan, he completed a master’s degree at EPFL in Lausanne, earning an award from the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA).

From 2011 to 2018, he collaborated with practices in Lausanne and Geneva, managing the design, execution, and construction of museums, residential complexes, university libraries, complexes for offices and tertiary sector, plazas and public spaces, private villas, overseeing projects in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Italy.

Since 2018, he has designed and built private and commercial buildings, interiors, renovations, and furniture design (Switzerland, Italy, USA, UAE, India).

The approach focuses on creating tailored interventions where structure, interior, objects and landscape integrate and interact as different points of a single harmonious work through all the scales of the project.

Dopo una laurea al Politecnico di Milano, si perfeziona con un master all’EPFL di Losanna, conseguendo un premio della Società svizzera degli Ingegneri ed Architetti (SIA).

Dal 2011 al 2018 collabora con studi di Losanna e Ginevra, occupandosi della progettazione, esecuzione e costruzione di musei, complessi residenziali, biblioteche universitarie, complessi per uffici e terziario, piazze e spazi pubblici, ville private, seguendo interventi in Regno Unito, Svizzera ed Italia.

Dal 2018 progetta e realizza edifici privati e commerciali, interni, ristrutturazioni, design di arredi (Svizzera, Italia, USA, UAE, India).

L’approccio è volto a creare interventi su misura, dove struttura, interno, oggetti e paesaggio si integrino ed interagiscano come contrappunti di un’unica opera armoniosa ed attenta a tutte le scale del progetto.

Diplômé de l’École polytechnique de Milan, il a obtenu un master à l’EPFL à Lausanne, où il a été récompensé par la Société suisse des ingénieurs et architectes (SIA).

De 2011 à 2018, il a collaboré avec des agences lausannoise et genevoise, concevant, réalisant et construisant des musées, des complexes résidentiels, des bibliothèques universitaires, des complexes de bureaux et tertiaires, des places et des espaces publics, ainsi que des villas privées. Il a supervisé des projets au Royaume-Uni, en Suisse et en Italie.

Depuis 2018, il conçoit et construit des bâtiments privés et commerciaux, des intérieurs, des rénovations et du mobilier (Suisse, Italie, USA, UAE, Inde).

Son approche vise à créer des projets sur mesure où la structure, l’intérieur, les objets et le paysage s’intègrent et interagissent comme des contrepoints d’une œuvre unique et harmonieuse, evocatrice d’un art de vivre fonctionnel et émotionnel quel que soit l’échelle du projet.
